Preparing Mailing Lists/Lists of Names
Please use at least 12pt clear font such as Times New Roman.
Lists are best in Word format or on Excel spreadsheet.
All cities, states, street, roads, avenues, boulevards, lanes, courts,
and states should be spelled out.
If you wish for me to spell them out, let me know. Otherwise I will address envelopes exactly
